Mămăm Bistro is an Asian fusion bistro in Vinohrady, Prague. Founded by Meggie and Nugy — Vietnamese, raised in Czech Republic — Mămăm is where two worlds meet on a plate. The food is Asian at its core but speaks to anyone who grew up here. A Czech beef tartare rebuilt with phở spices and sriracha-lime mayo. A shrimp burger inspired by street food across Asia, a salmon poke with Vietnamese hải sản sauce and kalamansi.
